Join us for an early evening worship service on Christmas Eve at 4pm to remember the true meaning of Christmas - God come to be with us. The service will be conducted in Cantonese & English

Due to the new Covid Variant, the case numbers has been on the rise in London. While we still hope to open the church centre for Christmas Worship, it is also important to find ways to protect you, your family and our society by preventing transmission. The church has decided that we will re-introduce social distancing at our services starting from this week. As such our service capacity will be reduced.

We would also request all attendees to take a self lateral flow test on 24/12 before the service and present evidence of negative result (e.g. photo of your test result or confirmation email/message from NHS after you have submitted your test result to NHS) at check-in. Please continue to use sanitising gel or wash your hands upon entry. Face masks will be required at all times indoors. In the unfortunate event that you are tested positive of Covid after the service, please contact us in email or church leader asap, so that we can respond appropriately and carry out contacts tracing as necessary. We also recommend elderly and vulnerable people with underlying illness and risks (See NHS Guidance) to stay home, as well as getting your booster jab soones possible

在新Covid病毒變種及聖誕慶祝活動的影響下，最近倫敦疫情確診人數正在急升。在開放崇拜讓大家可以一同慶祝聖誕及敬拜主的同時，防止病毒傳播以保障大家和家人的身體健康也至為重要，我們決定今個星期將在崇拜中重新增設Social Distancing社交距離（崇拜人數上限將會有所下調)。我們亦要求所有與會者於24/12 崇拜開始前之間，以 Lateral Flow Test 作自行檢測，並請在入場登記時出示 Negative 的證明 (例如，檢測結果的照片 或 檢測後網上提交結果的確認短信/電郵)。請大家繼續入場時使用消毒搓手液清潔雙手。如果你在出席後不幸確診，請盡快透過電郵通知我們或教會領袖，以讓我們作出適當回應、及contact tracing通知會眾。我們建議 長者、身體健康欠佳、長期病患或其他高風險人仕 (請參考NHS指引) 留在家中，以線上方式參與崇拜。 另外亦敬請閣下盡快接種疫苗及第三針加強劑，以保障大家和自己安全。

請留意下列實體崇拜須知及措拖

• 請攜帶你的登記確認QR Code (電子或列印版均可)
• 請在出席崇拜前當天以 Lateral Flow Test Kit (LFT) 自行檢測
• 你可以在半小時前開始從SOC正門入場，務必請盡時出席，遲列的座位可能會讓出予即場等候人士
• 我們建議你下載NHS Covid-19 App，繼續使用Track & Trace 功能，並在大門掃描 NHS ‘Test and Trace’ 的QR code
• 所有人在室內均須配戴口罩 (除非你有合理醫療健康原因未能配戴)，會眾可以開聲唱歌但需配帶口罩
• 嬰兒室將會有人數限制，請登記嬰兒室座位
• 平安夜崇拜將不設托兒服務但歡迎兒童一起參與
• 入內後請使用梘液洗手或消毒搓手液清潔雙手
• 崇拜將會是大約1小時15分鐘

登記額滿以後，還有一些限額讓你可以加入Waitlist 後補登記。每一個Waitlist 後補登記只代表一人名額，請為每一個人登記。 如果有人在活動前取消登記讓出空位，我們將會以電郵通知你，並請你在24小時內回覆確認，不然系統將會把空位交予候補名單的下一位。

Please attend to the following instructions and details：

• Prepare your registration QR code at the door (digital or physical)
• Please take a Lateral Flow Test (LFT) on the day prior to attending the event.
• SOC front doors will open 30mins prior to the event. Please be punctual. Seats may be given-up to stand-by if you are late
• We encourage you to download NHS Covid-19 App and use the Track & Trace function by scanning the QR code at the door
• Face masks are required at all times (unless medically exempted). Singing is allowed if you wear a mask
• The Creche is available but with limited numbers. Registration is needed
• There will be no childcare nor children’s programme at this event but we welcome them to join us in the service
• Please sanitise with gel or wash your hands upon entry
• The service will be about 1hr 15mins

There is a limited number of waitlist registration after the event is full. Each waitlist registration is for one person only, please register for every individual if you plan to come as a group. Should there be any ticket cancellation prior to event, we will notify you of the available ticket(s). Please register according to the instructions within 24hrs or the ticket will be given to the next person in the waitlist.

錄影及拍照 Filming & Photography

注意：我們將會在活動進行時錄影及拍照 。 CCiL 將保存照片和視頻。我們將使用照片和視頻通過社交媒體、我們的網站和其他相關地方宣傳 CCiL 和其他相關活動。如果您不想被拍攝之中，活動中將有一個指定的禁止拍攝區 - 請詢問工作人員當天的位置。

NB: filming and photography will take place at the event. CCiL will hold the images/videos. We’ll use the images and videos to promote CCiL and other related events via social media, our website and other relevant places. If you don’t want to be filmed/photographed, there’ll be a designated no filming zone at the event – please ask a steward where this is on the day.

防疫措施 Covid Safety Measures

鑑於政府關於 Covid 的最新公告，我們要求大家按照新指引在室內任何時候戴上口罩。為會眾及事奉人員的安全起見，希望大家都以顧及其他人的健康著想為己任，愛人如己，在出席崇拜前以 Lateral Flow Test Kit (LFT) 自行檢測，若陽性結果請立刻隔離。如若你在過去10天與確診者有近距離接觸、或收到NHS Covid-19 App 的隔離信息，如若沒有完全免疫 (fully vaccinated) 請立即隔離；但已接種兩次疫苗超過14天者，請在活動前確定PCR Test 或LFT當天呈陰性結果，且當天沒有COVID-19病徵，才出席活動；若活動後才收到PCR 陽性結果，請盡快透過電郵 (nsc@ccil.org.uk)通知我們以便進行contact tracing。大家可以在教堂入口處找到洗手液站，請在進門時隨即使用。出席活動時必須全程戴上口罩。

我們鼓勵大家彼此相愛，請尊重其他與會者和那些希望採取比您更謹慎的措施的出席者。

In view of the latest government announcements regarding Covid, we are asking you all to wear a mask in line with the new guidelines. For the health and safety of attendees and our volunteers, please be considerate by taking Lateral Flow Test (LFT) prior to attending the event. If the result is positive, please immediately self-isolate. If you have been in close contact with positive cases in the last 10 days or received NHS Covi-19 App isolation notification, please 1) self-isolate if you have not been fully vaccinated; or 2) if you are fully vaccinated for over 14 days, take a PCR test or LFT to ensure you are tested negative without Covid symptoms on your attending day. In the unfortunate event you are test positive for Covid after your attendance, please contact us soonest possible by email (nsc@ccil.org.uk) so that we can do contact tracing. Please use the sanitising hand gel provided upon entry and wear masks throughout the event indoor.
